I had the pleasure of getting away with long time friend, mentor
and instructor GM Beins. Great company, and lots of laughs. I had the
pleasure of receiving some Kata lessons, in the pool. Like you, we worked
out (jogging and lifting weights) on our vacation.

The Curry and DePaola Family
2005
Cape May had a visit from the Curry and DePaola families. Beautiful
weather and great company, didn't stop training at every opportunity. Here

superstars is Emma. Although small, this young lady is strong and
talented. Emma is gearing up for her upcoming yellow belt.

2005 Sarasota Vacation
Sarasota was rocking with the Curry's at the end of April. We had a lot of
fun, and yes we trained hard.......everyday. The following photo's were
taken during breaks in the vacation. Tom and I are not bound where we
workout.

Although this was a working weekend, the time spent with my instructor and
brothers will be remembered for a life time. We managed to have dinner (1)
night in San Francisco's China Town. Lots of laughs and fun.
